FSOFT Award 2020 – Thanks for FSOFTer’s efforts in adversity
The complicated development of the epidemic has made the plan to honor and reward 100 outstanding individuals of FSOFT delayed many times. The highest priority is protecting the health and safety of FSOFTers. Therefore, this year, the event will not be held but will be replaced with other forms of honor and reward.
Accordingly, each person in the Top 100 FSOFT 2020 will receive 10,000 gold via myFPT on August 5. In addition, a series of activities to honor outstanding individuals will be implemented on the FSOFT in the newsgroup from July 28 to August 6.
In particular, FSOFTers will participate in voting for the titles in the Top 3 of Mis FSOFT from August 2 to 4. Results from FSOFT’s vote will decide 50% of the results. The remaining percentage will come from the selection of the FSOFT Board of Directors.
Previously, FSOFT had many times prepared a plan to organize an event to honor the Top 100 globally, but the complicated and unpredictable developments of the epidemic caused the event to be continuously delayed.
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on life, global delivery and business activities, causing FSOFT people to face many challenges. However, in that context, FSOFT still maintains a good growth momentum. That achievement comes from the efforts of all employees, in which, it is impossible not to mention the role of excellent individuals who have overcome adversity and shine in their own way.
Therefore, FSOFT Award 2020 has chosen the key message “Thanks for FSOFTer’s efforts in adversity” to honor outstanding individuals in a year of difficulties. Through this, the company wishes to spread the optimism, belief, creativity and dedication in all circumstances of the Top 100 FSOFT 2020 to the entire FSOFTers.
Launched in 2017, Top 100 FSOFT is a program to honor 100 individuals who have made the best contributions to the company’s activities in many positions and departments, delivery and business, office blocks at home and abroad. Last year, the Top 100 FSOFT Honoring Ceremony was held simultaneously in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City.
