FANZ organizes cross-continental team building to celebrate the new year
The 13th birthday celebration of FANZ (FPT Australia & New Zealand) on October 13 took place extremely special when the unit’s members at 3 offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and representatives of the project team in Vietnam has “blown out the candles” online.
The 13-year duration since 13 October 2008 is a meaningful journey for FANZ with the mission of bringing FPT’s name to Australia. During that journey, FANZ has always achieved 30% growth even during the difficult COVID period in 2020.
The current FANZ team is mostly newcomers, so this “cross-continental” meeting is an opportunity for everyone to interact to learn more about the lives and work of their colleagues as well as to summarize and celebrate the achievements that new members of FANZ have achieved in recent years.

From 2020, FANZ continues to maintain its high growth target, focusing on bringing FSOFT’s new technologies to Australian businesses. In S1 of 2021 alone, FANZ’s Sales team successfully signed the contract with 5 new customers. Of which, 3/5 customers will be provided with key services by FSOFT such as Cloud (Azure), Low- code (OutSystems) and SAP. In the next 2-3 years, the unit will continue to strive to achieve a growth rate of 60-70 per cent.
FANZ Director Trinh Thanh Ha said that in the future, FANZ has two key goals including Farming and Hunting. Specifically, Farming is ensuring maintenance of semi/mega contracts through incremental sales to Key Accounts including BlueScope, UBT and Datacom. As for Hunting, the unit will conquer 5-6 more medium and large customers in the Australian market.
With the solid foundations built in the Australian market, the FANZ team will “work as a team”, always setting new goals to achieve even greater growth in the coming years in terms of both personnel and sales.
