FPT Germany celebrates new age as one of top 3 OBs with best growth in 2021

9 years is neither a short nor a long journey, but for FPT Germany (FGER) it is a milestone marking remarkable growth with many new achievements in 2021.

On the occasion of their birthday on November 13, FGER members held a small party to look back on the 2021 journey and set new goals for their 10th year.

From the very first day of establishment with only a few customers, with great efforts over the past 9 years, FGER’s partner network now not only stops in Germany but also covers Europe, spreading to Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, Slovakia, Czech, and Finland. In particular, FGER’s clients are not only RWE and E.ON but are constantly increasing every year with the “giants” such as Schaeffler, DMG MORI, Carlsberg , BASF, Randstad, Covestro, Allianz, and HSBC.

In the context of the raging COVID-19 pandemic that makes global businesses faces numerous challenges and difficulties, FGER still successfully signed million-dollar contracts with more than 20 new clients in the first year such as Covestro, HSBC, IONITY, DMG Mori. FGER increased growth rate to 28% compared to 2020 and succeed with sales of 6.5 million USD in the first year in 2 new markets – Belgium and UK. Therefore, it is not surprising that FGER is considered as one of the 3 OBs with the most impressive growth rates in 2021 in FSOFT. This is a sweet achievement for the outstanding efforts of FGER members to find new clients.

Entering its 10th year, FGER sets new goals such as expanding potential markets in the Netherlands and Scandinavia and building more development centers in the Czech Republic and other European countries. In 2022, FGER will focus on promoting capacity building and strengthening the implementation of digital transformation services in Europe such as SAP S/S4Hana, Cloud, and RPA towards a growth target of 35%.

In the past year, the market expansion in European countries has brought FGER many great opportunities as well as challenges, helping FGER brothers to try and experience when exploring new markets. During the development process, FGER has always put the human factor at the center, constantly improving support policies, encouraging employees to create an ideal working environment as well as improving the quality of life for every member of the unit.
