“I hope we will retire at FPT Japan”

FPT Japan Chairman Tran Dang Hoa thanked the senior employees for their contributions, and on behalf of the Board of Directors of FPT, FSOFT, and FJP, he hoped that the time each person spent with FJP would not disappoint anyone as they have devoted all their youth and energy to the company.

The honor ceremony for senior employees of FJP took place solemnly and warmly in Tokyo, Japan, with the participation of FSOFT and FJP leaders from afar. In the past 2 years, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the meeting with all members has many limitations. Therefore, this meeting is considered an important event of FJP before the 16th birthday.

FJP CEO Nguyen Viet Vuong acknowledged that the process of formation and development of FJP over the past 16 years has had many ups and downs. Fortunately, in that process, there are always brothers and sisters who work together and overcome the challenges. The most special thing is that even in difficult times and even when failing, everyone still hold hands and let FJP develop.

Sharing his feelings about senior employees, FJP Chairman – Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, shared that, recently, when looking back at the employees who have been with FJP and seeing familiar faces, he was startled when time passed so quickly. Everyone has spent their entire youth at FJP for about15 years, 20 years.

“It is not enough to say the word Love to you, when we have been together for 15-20 years. It is my gratitude and responsibility. On behalf of the Board of Directors of FPT, FSOFT, and FJP, I would like to express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart to you”, Mr. Hoa expressed.

Heartwarmed with these precious feelings, the head of FJP affirmed that “The company will be responsible to you until the end of your career. I hope we can all retire at this company and no one will be disappointed because we spent all of our youth here.”

The Director of FJP also did not forget to remind: “It will be even more fun if our efforts are rewarded. FJP is growing stronger. The next generation, our children and grandchildren will continue to have a proud company in Japan.”
Of the 27 senior employees who are honored this time, most of them are those who have been with them since the first day when FPT established a new legal entity in Japan in 2005 and even before that. Currently, each person is holding important positions in the company.

FJP Deputy Director Quach Lieu Hoan (FJP.ST2) – the “savior” for FPT’s Dong Du work and many contributions to FJP expressed that “It is touching to see familiar faces here, We’ve been together for 15-20 years. I personally feel that my 20 years here are proof of my love for the company. Honestly personally, I’ve grown up, I have my family and today’s life thanks to FPT. Thanks to the company for giving me a environment to do what I like within the framework.”

Hoan also hopes that in the next 5 years, if she has the opportunity to honor 25 years, she may have the opportunity to stand here again to share this emotion with everyone. “Wish us here to continue to accompany the company for a long time. I strongly believe and wish the company and us to achieve more and more development”, said Deputy Director of FJP.

Previously, FSOFT Chairwoman – Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha, also thanked the senior staff of FJP. She wished that “We have had a youth together to build the company, stick with and devote to the company, wish you always keep your enthusiasm, wish the company love more and more development, wish you all the best and make sure to stay more closely with FPT for further development in the future”.

On the occasion of his business trip to Japan, FSOFT CDO – Mr. Do Van Khac, also conveyed his affection to the senior staff of FJP. “Brothers and sisters, you are the locomotives that transmit the love for the company to your colleagues. Brothers and sisters, you are the key to the company’s success to this day, I hope everyone continues to fight.”

Although it is an annual activity held before the birthday of the unit, everyone who attended was also emotional. Although their feelings may be different, the common point is that they always have a burning love for the company. This year, the program is themed “Love” as the company’s confession to each individual employee.
