FGER with the ambition to dominate the European market
FPT Germany (FGER) has achieved impressive results when implementing a campaign to promote new hunting progress in 2021.
This campaign of FGER has brought a “new wind” by promoting the image of a partner in the field of digital transformation and new technologies instead of focusing on traditional software development services.
With the participation of all members from Marketing, Sales to Delivery teams, IA (Intelligent Automation) was selected as the first topic to deploy the new Hunting Progress in 2021. After conducting market research, FGER assesses that RPA (Robotic Process Automation) remains an area of focus in Germany and Europe, plus teams that specialize in this technology area include akaBot, DPS, and Automation team in Slovakia.
FGER has flexibly deployed a variety of channels to reach potential customers such as Digital Marketing (email, LinkedIn), events, seminars (online & offline), and customer referrals.
Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams are closely required from the very first days of the campaign, from the stage of customer identification & segmentation, the right approach for each customer group, and converting leads into sales chance of successful signing.
Looking at the overall Hunting picture in 2021, FGER has achieved many impressive numbers such as signing more than 20 new customers, including many mega customers such as BASF, Covestro, HSBC, DMG Mori, Weissenberg, Kroschke, Randstad…. brought in revenue of up to 12 million USD. FGER also successfully discovered more than 100 new potential customers, setting the stage for the hunting campaign in 2022.
In 2022, FGER will expand the campaign to other markets with services such as RPA (IA), SAP, Cloud, AMS and diversify the list of potential customers from Germany’s strong industries and Europe such as Manufacturing, E-Mobility, Utilities, Automotive, and Digital Healthcare.
The campaign not only brought clear achievements in terms of revenue and leads but also demonstrated the ability and creativity of the FGER team in hunting for new customers. FGER always tries to meet the needs of customers most flexibly, initially approaching IA / RPA products and then expanding marketing to many other services.
This is the momentum for FGER to step up and actively launch many initiatives to find new customers throughout the European market in 2022.
