X-Jobs ready to enter the final of iKhien 2021
At 4 pm on December 29, the most anticipated creative “battle” of the year will officially kick-off. Two teams from two units with many predestined relationships that are X -Jobs matching based on akaJob (FPT Software) and Technology Counter (FPT Telecom) promise to bring a dramatic match with “cool” moments.
The iKhien 2021 final brings together many senior leaders in the role of “staying the balance”. To make the Finals attractive, the organizer has changed significantly in the format of the competition.
In the final of iCaus 2021, in addition to X-Jobs product development members, there was also the participation of CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh, Head of FQC Nguyen Quoc Dong.
At the iKhien 2021 Finals, the scoring method is more flexible than in years. The competing teams are placed on the Star of Hope in the Audience or the Judges to increase the number of points. The total score of each team consists of judges’ scores, star hopes, and audience votes. Voting points are calculated according to the level of 1 point for every 500 votes; 5000 votes or more is counted as 10 points. Software house employees will participate in voting via workchat. Voting time takes place concurrently with the time of the Final round (4pm on December 29), and ends at the end of round 3 or announced by the organizer.

Representative of X-Jobs, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lien Minh (FHO.IDX) said that the team is still preparing step by step to appear properly and professionally in the final. Ms. Minh said that the opponent is quite formidable, especially in terms of online voting force, so the team’s slogan has always been to do their best.
“In addition to the team’s efforts, the support of FSOFTer through online voting for X-Jobs is also an extremely important factor to bring X-Jobs closer to the iMake 2021 crown. I hope, who FSOFT will join hands to bring the software’s innovative products to a new level,” expressed Ms. Minh.
