‘It’s important that employees are happy’
Towards the goal of reaching 10,000 employees by 2024, FSOFT Danang at the same time recruits new members and retains old people. According to the new director of FSOFT Central, no matter what the orientation is, the most important thing is that each employee should feel happy. This will be the focus for FSOFT Danang to develop programs and remuneration policies for employees.
Having been in charge of HR for Da Nang and Quy Nhon for many years in the role of Deputy Head of the Resource Assurance Department, Mr. Linh and his team have overcome many challenges to contribute to building the recruitment brand of “hunting for employees and welcome old talents back to FSOFT”. In 2021, FSOFT Danang recruited more than 1,600 new employees, bringing the total number of employees to 5,000.
Continuing the old task with a new and challenging goal, Mr. Linh shared that his new mission is to cultivate human resources and attract talents to accelerate growth in the central region in the coming years.

Commenting on the difficulties and advantages in recruitment in the central market, Mr. Linh shared that “Compared to the South and North, IT resources in the Central region are scarcer. So there is always a shortage of people from experts to juniors. In return, the central people have goodwill. They work hard and learn very quickly, so one of the “action plans” that FSOFT Central has been doing is to focus on training to build and add more employees. FPT Corporation and FSOFT internally also have many attractive policies such as the settlement policy and support to buy apartments in FPT Plaza. In addition, the local government also supports a lot to create the best conditions for FSOFT.”
Besides recruiting new people, retaining old people is also a difficult thing. When asked about the orientation, Mr. Linh happily said, “There are many orientations, but whatever it is, the most important thing is that the employees should be happy first. Therefore, the policies and programs also need to be employee-oriented. Only when the old people are happy and attached to the company, will they be the best communication ambassadors for FSOFT to attract new people.”
