Exciting experience of FDN’s Newbie with EX Team

In order to bring excitement from the very first touch in the Employee Experience program, EX Elite team of G5 & G55 unit at FDN brought a “Welcome Drink” as a small gift to welcome new employees on the first day onboard.

At the beginning of 2022, the number of new Onboard employees of G5 and G55 increased rapidly, each batch had new people assigned to the project. The “Welcome Drink” gift sets are a spiritual encouragement, adding excitement to the favorable onboard FSOFTers. WFO members will receive gifts on the first day of working at the office, while WFH members will receive gifts at their homes within the first week of onboarding.

“The Welcome Drink activity for Newbie when Onboard at home is an extremely interesting and positive program for FDN G5 unit. WFH is creating difficulties for you in the early stages of integration. This is the best and most successful touchpoint in BUs. We need to develop more meaningful and cohesive activities at the unit”, shared Mr. Le Ngoc Viet – BUL G5.

“This is a very meaningful activity and brings a “Great Touch” to the new employees of G55 unit. We hope that all employees will feel happy and excited when receiving gifts from Elite and G55,” Ms. Chi Vo – BUL G55 expressed.

“The cute little cake combo also comes with a lovely card that shows everyone’s care. I hope to be with G5 for a long time. I want to thank Tuyet (EX Team), the lady who supported me a lot during the onboarding process at the unit. For me, this is quite a special and interesting experience,” said Phan Quoc Giam – a new employee on board in February of G5 unit.

Ms. Vo Thi Kim Anh – an employee also on board in February of the G55 unit expressed her surprise when she received a gift from the team: “A combo of cakes sent home during WFH is quite an interesting experience with me and show the professionalism and integrity of the unit”.

The Employee Experience (EX) project focuses on enhancing the employee experience of FSOFT, promoting employee engagement with the company and creating a positive impression of the company throughout the employee’s engagement journey. According to the assessment of FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha: “This is a ‘strange’ project that helps FSOFT understand the thoughts of employees, which is a premise for the company to have appropriate and effective human resource management policies”
