Instructions to register for Udemy account from April 2022
As informed to employees, FSOFT will continue to “shake hands” with Udemy in the next 3 years to develop resources and satisfy FSOFTer’s learning needs. CTC sent to FSOFTer instructions to register for a Udemy account, applicable from April 2022. Accordingly, 20,000 Udemy for Business online learning accounts will begin to be offered on a quarterly ram-up schedule.

From April 2022, the granting of accounts will be allocated according to priority levels, FSOFTer especially pays attention to having a detailed study plan and can start learning as soon as an account is registered. Specifically, the priority levels are arranged as follows: participating in training programs from the company, participating in unit-level training programs, and completing individual learning goals.
CTC will perform weekly account granting based on the list of registrations and evaluation according to the above priority levels. In order for the learning to be effective, FSOFT expects all employees to cooperate in using the account with their individual learning needs. In particular, accounts that have been registered and not used this year will not be eligible for registration next year.
Besides Udemy, FSOFT also provides thousands of accounts for nano-degree programs on the Udacity platform to better meet the resource upskill needs of units and individual development plans.
