‘Vitality, Solidarity, Commitment, Fast and Furious’
These are the words that will guide the “captains” in the process of developing FDN in the second quarter of 2022. This determination is reflected in the event to review the first quarter and set development orientation in the second quarter of 2022 – an event that had the participation of BOM FDN.
Instead of choosing a resort as the venue as usual, the unit held the event at Bach Ma campsite (Hue). Camping in harmony with nature helps BOMers relax, have more time to share and bond.
At the program, the units shared about KPIs in the first quarter and OKRs in the second quarter. Contents related to human resources – finance, delivery situation and productivity improvement program were shared by Mr. Vo Kim Khanh (Deputy Director of FSU) and Mr. Trinh Minh Viet (FDN.BOD). In addition, BOMers also discussed the image that FDN would like to aim for in the second quarter – one that goes hand in hand with the organization’s policies and development.
According to Mr. Le Xuan Loc – Director of FSU FDN, in the context that FDN’s Japanese market was heavily affected by the exchange rate difference between JPY and USD, the unit still achieved a growth rate of 25.1% in Quarter I. FDN has won a number of big battles and had them as the premise for strong development from the second quarter and onwards. For example, Project O. with client I. will go mass with 150 employees from May 2022 and Project T. will reach 200 members in the near future.

However, the unit frankly acknowledged the issues arising from hot projects such as M., N. and A.. In addition, the unusually high turnover rate is also an issue that needs to be dealt with in the coming time.
Looking to the future, FDN wishes to wants a team full of vitality and solidarity – one that is fast and furious. The unit will remain committed to its goal of contributing 50% of its staff to FSOFT Central’s dream of reaching 10k1 personnel by 2024. In the second quarter of 2022, FDN will do its best to achieve the 1.0 plan.
The core competencies that will be promoted by the unit in the near future include Low-code (OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.) and Legacy Transformation (C2J: Cobol to Java). In addition, the unit will strive to build a team of foreign employees with the goal of having 30% of the staff for the global market.
To invigorate the organization, in the second quarter, FDN will add new generals to the leadership team through its head-hunting program, which is o strengthen and get the unit ready for future big battles. “I hope that in the second quarter, the whole FDN will turn to a new page of more energy, build a united organization and reap many new development opportunities,” shared Mr. Le Xuan Loc.
