Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee visited FSOFT Quy Nhon on Vietnam Science and Technology Day

Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung hopes that FSOFT Quy Nhon will be more successful with Artificial Intelligence projects, accompanying Binh Dinh in the digital transformation process.

On the afternoon of May 18, on the occasion of Vietnam Science and Technology Day on May 18, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Council, had a visit to FSOFT Quy Nhon. Accompanied by Mr. Nguyen Phi Long – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Lam Hai Giang – Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and many leaders of the Department of Science and Technology in Binh Dinh province. Director of FSOFT Quy Nhon Vu Van Dong and Director of QAI Vu Hong Chien represented the company to welcome the delegation.

At the meeting, Secretary Ho Quoc Dung congratulated all Quy Nhon Software employees on the occasion of Vietnam Science and Technology Day (May 18), and appreciated FPT’s selection of Binh Dinh as one of the localities to implement science and technology projects and set up software companies. This not only contributes to creating jobs for many students of Binh Dinh but is also in line with the province’s focus on science and technology development in the coming time.

Guiding the provincial delegation to visit the working compartment of Cu Lao Xanh, Mr. Vu Hong Chien – Director of Quy Nhon Center for Artificial Intelligence (QAI) introduced the akaCam product demo area and described how AI Artificial Intelligence (AI) is applied in automated production lines.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a short conversation with foreign employees working at the unit. Mr. Ho Quoc Dung was very interested to hear the sharing of Mr. Jean Mith Philippe – an AI engineer from Haiti about the reason for choosing Quy Nhon as the destination for his career.

At the end of the visit, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung wished that FSOFT Quy Nhon would continue to develop rapidly, successfully implement many big projects on Artificial Intelligence and contribute to the digital transformation process of the province.
