Together with client to improve user experience, ICS continuously receives CSS 100

By enhancing user experience in the fields of e-Commerce and Logistics, two projects from ICS.LTS and ICS.GEC continuously receive absolute CSS from a client, which helps open up cooperation opportunities in new projects.

Deployed from February 2022, after nearly 4 months, the bigCommerce project team of ICS.LTS won the absolute CSS score from a Canadian client. With this project, the project team took on the task of integrating the 3D modeling application into the sales system for a better user experience. ReactJS and NodeJS are the two mainstream technologies applied. Notably, during the implementation process, nearly 80% of members participated through X-Jobs. Therefore, to ensure the project was on schedule, the team performed progress tracking regularly. In addition to efforts to deliver products on time, the project team also actively supported the client when any problems appeared.

According to Mr. Nguyen Bao Long (ICS.LTS) – representative of the project team, after the success of the bigCommerce project, the client requested to open another WooCommerce project on the WordPress platform with another eCommerce platform.

ICS.GEC project team

Along with that, project S. of ICS.GEC also won the CSS 100. It was a project where ICS.GEC “shook hands” with a client specializing in logistics in the US. With a modest number from the beginning when there were only 2 members, after more than 2 years of working the project has expanded into 20 members.

For this project, the ICS.GEC team developed products related to shipping labels (stamps affixed on parcels, goods, pallets, containers) within the US domestic as well as overseas shipping networks. The project was divided into 2 large areas: API testing and Web client with the technology used including .Net, AWS. Currently, the project is in the maintenance phase and the team is developing some new features. The team has gathered talents in automation and front end to ensure project quality. The team also continuously reskill/upskill to meet each member’s needs and improve the quality of personnel as a whole. Besides, ICS.GEC also organized many team-building activities to connect the members and make the project run as “smoothly” as possible.

With the orientation of building, consulting and implementing business activities based on eCommerce and logistics solutions, ICS is actively building a team of experts with in-depth knowledge and experience – those who are ready for big battles.
