Team ST5 got together at the team building session in Seattle, USA

To enjoy the summer atmosphere outdoors, nearly 60 FAMers and their relatives in Seattle attended a team-building session at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park last weekend.

This is an official offline activity after 2 years of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Members of the ST5 team in Seattle met, and held picnics and interesting sports games such as tug of war, moving balls… Especially, the team spent time designing a playground for their kids and organized “kid athletics” activities for these lovely guests.

Not only focusing on employee engagement, ST5 team always aims to connect and care for family members, contributing to realizing the goal of building a strong FPT community in Seattle.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Linh (ST5.AVI) – a new onsiter of ST5, although this is the first time participating in outdoor activities with her colleagues in Seattle, she can feel the spirit of “One Team, One Dream”, everyone had fun and built up good teamwork in activities. Ms. Linh hopes that ST5 continues to organize more and more bonding activities in the upcoming time.

For Ms. Nguyen Hoang Ngoc Linh (ST5.AVI), this is also the first time she met FAMers in Seattle after 4 months of working here. “At first, I was a bit nervous because there were many surprises and I was the youngest, but everyone was very sociable and friendly. After studying abroad for 4 years, I have not had the opportunity to visit my family. So this team-building session makes me feel like I’m back home, living in an atmosphere of care and love”, Ngoc Linh shared.

On this occasion, “Leader of ST5” – Mr. Cao Xuan Vinh awarded prizes to two teams that achieved “Best team” and “Second team”, they are From Cloud with Love and Feet of the Tiger in ST5 joining the wellness event “Spring into Motion” .

Seeing all the members gather and happily participate in activities, Mr. Vinh hopes that the team-building session will be a source of motivation for members to relieve stress after work, spend time with colleagues and family, and actively contribute to the development of ST5.

Towards a further future of FPT village in the US, where FSOFTer can experience a rich community culture and receive development opportunities for individuals and families, FAM offices will continue to deploy team-building activities for employees in other offices in the near future.
