FSOFT holds topping-out ceremony at F-Ville 3 in Hoa Lac

This morning, June 27, FSOFT held the topping-out ceremony of the F-Ville 3 building. This is an important milestone of the Software house in building an “infinity” campus, affirming the aspiration and investment in building a comfortable and classy working environment for employees.

Attending the ceremony were FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thanh Ha, CFO Nguyen Khai Hoan, CDO cum Director of FSOFT Hoa Lac Vu Tien Dat and leaders of several FSUs in Hanoi. Up to the time of the topping-out ceremony, F-Ville 3 has completed the reinforced concrete frame of the main office building (phase 1) and the multi-purpose building, and is about to enter the finishing phase of the project to complete the infrastructure and landscape outside the building.

Located at Technology Village No. 8 of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, F-Ville 3 has a total floor area of ​​76,393 square meters. It is expected to provide working space for about 7000 FSOFT employees. The architecture of F-Ville 3 has the meaning of infinity, illustrating FSOFT’s desire for continuous development. At the same time, it has a soft and closed winding shape combined with surrounding corridors and internal courtyard that give everyone an unlimited view.

Not only being in harmony with nature, the building will also ensure adequate facilities for FSOFT employees with many facilities such as resort for experts, area for children and pregnant women, convenience store, Gym, yoga center, vip lounge, and a canteen. Notably, the large hall has a sloping floor with a capacity of about 350 seats, a mini soccer field, a multi-purpose area for indoor sports competitions and some other events by companies and the group.

According to Mr. Hoang Anh (FID) – one of the members in charge of the project, F-Ville 3 will be built in 2 phases. Phase 1 is the development of the basement, 2-3-4-storey building blocks, multi-purpose area and ancillary facilities for 3,500 employees. Facilities of Phase 1 is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of the first quarter of 2023. Phase 2 includes development of the basements and 5-6-storey building blocks to provide working space for 3,300 – 3,500 employees.

FSOFT officially started construction at HHTP since 2012. With two completed projects namely F-Ville 1 and F-Ville 2, and F-Ville 3 being constructed, it can be said that FSOFT is one of a first few businesses that invest in large-scale infrastructure construction there. The first project – F-Ville 1 at Technology Village No. 4, has been put into use since August 2013. The project meets the working needs of 1,500 programmers and employees. At the end of 2016, F-Ville 2 at Technology Village No. 3 was put into operation, serving 3,000 programmers and employees and bringing the total number of employees working in both technology villages to 4,500 people as of now.

According to the old rites, the topping-out ceremony or “Thuong Luong” ceremony in Vietnamese is the day to place the middle bar of the roof in its place (if it is a sloping roof with truss). Today, the topping-out ceremony is on the day when constructors pour concrete to of the roof of the building. The topping-out ceremony is one of the important rituals in the construction of residential and business buildings of Vietnamese people and it is always carefully prepared by the investor and the contractor.
