FPT Japan supports periodic health check-ups cost for relatives

Relatives of employees over 35 years old living in Japan are entitled to special policies from the company. This is the first year that FPT Japan (FJP) has implemented this benefit.

From 2022, FJP encourages employees’ relatives to have their health checked once a year. Accordingly, relatives of employees who signed a contract with the company before March 31, 2022, are aged between 35~74 and have health insurance from ITS and Kenpo insurance agencies at the time of examination will receive a support of 10,000 Yen from FJP for medical examination.

The implementation period is from July to November this year.

From 2022, FJP will support health check-ups for employees’ relatives aged 35 and over.

Relatives of FJP employees will be examined at medical facilities in Japan. After the examination, the support expenses will be paid by the company along with the salary. This is a taxable benefit.

Up to the present time, FJP has implemented health support for employees with examination contents according to regulations of the Department of Labor and additional examination items, etc.

With this new policy, FJP wishes to work with employees to take care of the health of their loved ones, to help prevent, detect and treat health problems early, and to ensure the daily health of their loved ones.
