ICS.GEC is a unit specializing in e-Commerce, CMS and Cross-cutting markets of ICS – a new FCU established in early 2021, separated from the E-Commerce and Logistics departments of ICS. FHN. Currently, the unit “shakes hands” with many customers who are working with Sitecore ContentHub such as Toyota, IBM, or Toto. This context pushes the ICS.GEC team to accelerate on the journey of “hunting” for international certificates to meet the increasing requirements of partners.

Recently, 13 members from ICS.GEC simultaneously received good news when successfully conquering the Sitecore ContentHub certificate, bringing the total number of these certificates of ICS.GEC to 19 and ICS in general to 24. Immediately, the Committee ICS leaders hotly rewarded 13 “hunters” with international certificates, encouraging the spirit of brothers for the upcoming long-term “battles”.

“Your achievements are the motivation for ICSer to work together on the learning path, bring the fruits from the review process into the practical problems of the project, contributing to bringing ICS to a new position,” Mr. Tran Ha Son – BUL ICS.GEC emphasized.

The group members have just received a good certificate to go home to ICS.

With an abundant number of Sitecore ContentHub certificates, ICS has affirmed the leading position of Sitecore in FSOFT and beyond in the Vietnamese market, and created a premise for ICS.GEC to “engage” strongly in difficult projects as well as transform itself into a consulting unit. “Adding more international certificates is the shortest way for the ICS.GEC team to affirm their capacity and confidently find new customers globally,” said Mr. Ta Dinh Hung (ICS.GEC) – team mentor Sitecore ContentHub certification exam team emphasized.

The Sitecore ContentHub certification requires extensive knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub functions as well as hands-on experience with customization. In addition, the questions in the test also give situations to test the ability to process and apply knowledge and practical experience of the test taker.

A special feature of ICS.GEC is that 13 members simultaneously participate in the certification review, so the biggest problem is scheduling. “Because everyone is busy with projects, they can only spend time studying outside of school hours, almost every day studying and practicing until midnight, no weekends. The training process lasted for more than a month. Before the exam day, the whole team practiced more to share experiences and prepare for an important exam,” said member Do Quang Tri (ICS.GEC).

It is known that since the beginning of the year, ICS has obtained more than 50 international certificates, focusing on PMI and Japanese language proficiency certificates. In the coming time, ICS will continue to accelerate to reap 10 more Sitecore certificates.
