PM DPS community trains skills with “DPS.PMC Boundless Adventure”
Recently, the DPS Project Management Community (DPS PMC) has participated in special training activities at Luong Stream – Da Nang. 30 members had interesting learning and playing experiences, improving internal management skills.
The first experience activity named “Time Management” was transmitted by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Long (DPS.RIC). The message helps people discover skills to use their time effectively. In particular, as a PM/TL, they will need to master their own time and that of the team.
With the “The DPS Ambassador Voice” activity, the teams played simulations of candidates applying for important positions in the project and sent representatives as coaches to “attract candidates”. The DPS Ambassador Voice is the voice of the recruitment ambassador, not only an interviewer to interview candidates’ technical, experience and skills, but also the ambassadors who bring the image of FPT DPS, and inspire candidates to choose FSOFT as the destination.
In this game, the “ambassadors” will not use bonuses to attract candidates. Instead, they will see the highlights of the company’s policies, career path, work environment culture, etc. are competitive differences to attract candidates. At the same time, the organizers require PMs to consider this as a real interview, from words to actions as well as an interview, not just a normal game.

In the afternoon, members can participate in Teambuilding Series activities. A series of collective bonding activities have taken place and all the spirit of perseverance – toughness – ingenuity – intelligence and emotional intelligence are “gathered” here. At the end of the day, DPS PMC enjoyed gala dinner activities and interacted with members.
“The trip opens up cohesion, 100% productivity of play and work, perseverance and determination to overcome all challenges of DPS.PMC. On behalf of this project, let’s experience this training course, spread that spirit of fire to each member of the unit, and help the DPS ship go fast and far,” shared Ms. Ngo Thi My Dung – a representative of the organizing committee.
