Nearly 250 FSOFTers in Da Nang join seminar on “Employment Brand”
Last week, at the 300 Hall of F-Complex in Da Nang, speaker Nguyen Hoang Ly (FWA.FRB) shared and discussed FPT Software Employer Brand with nearly 250 FSOFTers who are recruiting managers working in Da Nang.
The “FPT Software Employer Brand” seminar was a kick-off event in the company’s Employer Brand (EB) series in 2022 with the participants being all employees involved in the recruitment process. The series of activities are held in all three regions and Da Nang is the first one.
The seminar helped provide general information on the employer brand and instruct the participants on how to close deals with candidates. Participants, through the program, could know more about EB – EVP (Employee Value Positioning) during the interview process with candidates. From the speaker’s experiences, FSOFTers were consulted on how to apply it to a face-to-face interview situation with candidates and realized the unique advantages of FPT/FSOFT. In particular, the speaker also provided an interview toolkit that can be used to approach candidates effectively.
Following the event in Da Nang, the FPT Software Employer Brand series will continue in Hanoi (July 21, July 22) and Ho Chi Minh City (August 2; August 5). The target audience of those events are interviewers, recruitment officers, and staff whose work is related to human resources. FSOFTers in Hanoi have been emailed by the organizers to register.
