DPS has second “ITIL 4 expert”
After Mr. Le Hong Son Chippi (DPS.FMS), Mr. Nguyen Nang Thanh (DPS.FMS) is the second DPSer to obtain the ITIL 4 Expert (ITIL 4 Managing Professional) certification for IT service managers. Notably, Mr. Thanh achieved this certificate only after only two months of preparation.
After obtaining the ITIL Specialist Create, Deliver & Support certificate on May 30, 2022, Mr. Thanh plans to obtain the remaining 3 certificates to become an expert in IT service management. To become ITIL 4 Managing Professional, test takers must complete 4 main modules:
Within only two months, Mr. Thanh has obtained the remaining 3 certificates. The last certificate he has just passed is IL 4 Specialist: High – velocity IT on July 21, 2022, which put him on the list of top 40 specialists in Vietnam at https://itsmexpert.org.
Sharing about his learning process, Mr. Nguyen Nang Thanh confided: “There was a lot of work in my project. I didn’t have time to study during the day so I could just study on evenings and weekends. The program was very long, so I chose the key points to focus on. In general, to complete the test, in addition to focusing continuously, I also had to apply it to truly remember and understand the content. By that, you will be able to get the certificates. In addition, luck is also a very important factor.”
ITIL 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a globally recognized international certification for IT service Managing Professionals and Strategic Leaders. ITIL is a common standard framework to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and is accepted by many large enterprises/organizations such as Google and Microsoft.
This certificate is certified by Axelos, a major information technology organization in the world, to provide a framework of standards to support the way businesses manage information technology systems and services.
