Explore importance of patents in business
On August 12, the Legal and Risk Management Committee (LRC) in collaboration with the AI Center (AIC) and the FSOFT Training Center (CTC) will organize a webinar titled “The vital role of patent in business” to improve the awareness and understanding of the importance of patents in business. The program is held online on the Microsoft Teams platform with guests who are leading experts in the field of intellectual property.

Through the program, FSOFTers will be equipped with knowledge about the definition, how to successfully register a patent, etc. The information is illustrated through the first patent case study of FSOFT in the United States (patent about 3D PointCloud). FSOFTer also has the opportunity to understand the role and place of patents in the enterprise’s asset structure, discover the commercial value of patents, and grasp the common problems of patenting through specific examples.
