3 days left to conduct the ICSS survey in third quarter of 2022
The ICSS (Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey) evaluation period of the third quarter in 2022 will take place until the end of September 30, 2022.
Valuable evaluations of FSOFTer are necessary to help support departments continuously improve the quality of service delivery and to help FSOFT step by step have a solid BA framework towards the goal of World- Class.
Accordingly, when there are any comments related to the services of 15 Business Assurance divisions, FSOFTer can access it to send an immediate assessment to ICSS in the following ways:
- Visit https://unigate.fsoft.com.vn. On the Home page, select Survey 24/7 to rate. FSOFTer can be accessed and evaluated on a PC, Laptop or phone.
- Go to My FPT (the “Survey” section in the “Functions” section)

During this period, the program recorded more than 2,000 people participating in the survey.
As an internal customer of block three, the evaluation results of FSOFTer will contribute to 15% of the K_Depf score (which is the performance evaluation coefficient) of the 15 support departments.
