DX-Academy: Upskilling Program on Udacity excellently completed 109% of the goal in 2022

With 2.556 Udacity accounts granted, the DX Academy program completed 109% of the goal, winning 2.783 international certificates. Specifically, the number of certificates in the Cloud key technology team reached 846/900 (94% completed), Data – 661/600 (110% completed) compared to the goal set in early 2022.

Aiming to train quality human resources in the hottest technology fields, catch up with the world’s development trends and turn FSOFT into a world-class company, in 2022, FSOFT cooperated with the world’s leading online training platform – Udacity deploys upskill programs in Data, Cloud… with world-class nano degree training courses taught by experts of the world’s leading technology corporations: Amazon, Google, Uber, etc.

With a strong commitment to invest in high-impact and long-term workforce aiming to enhance quality resources, CTC Training Center closely accompanies the program for great achievements from FSUs, specifically:

TOP FSUs with the highest completion rate in 2022 in terms of >=100 enrollment: FHM – 777 certificates reaching 93.0%, followed by FDN units – 165 certificates reaching 92%, FSG – 154 certificates reaching 92.0%, DXG – 102 certificates achieving 91%, FHN – 604 certificates achieving 87%.

TOP units with the highest completion rate in 2022 in terms of >= 20 enrollment: FHO.IT – 63 certificates reaching 100%, AKB – 50 certificates reaching 97%, FAP, FHO.FWA – 26 certificates reaching 87%.

In addition, some units such as GAM with a completion rate of 63%, EBS – 75% and CEP – 77% should make more appropriate changes and incentive policies in 2023 to optimize the company resources through the NanoDegree program worth up to $ 1.500 – 3.000/ course.

In 2023, the program continues to be implemented with 3.400 Udacity accounts in a variety of fields, focusing on key technology teams including Cloud, Data, AI, etc. and each FSOFTer is expected to plan and execute the own training and capacity development program. Based on personal needs and organizational orientations, the DX- Academy will undergo further changes in orientations and policies to optimize valuable resources.
