Work Anni on myFPT – Celebrating your dedication journey at FSOFT
Work Anni (Work Anniversary) – an upgraded version of the Dedication Milestones feature is now available on the myFPT app. The new version marks FSOFTer’s year-of-service milestones on the dedication journey with the company, which can be used to share happiness among teammates, enhancing cohesion.
Previously, FSOFTers received service appreciation wishes through myFPT at the milestones of 1-5-10-15-20 years of service. A long-time span is not regular enough to nourish engagement emotions. Therefore, the Human Resources Policy and Remuneration (HRPR) Department came up with the Work Anni feature, honoring FSOFTer’s dedication at the nice-number milestones (111 – 333 – 666 – 888 – 999 – 1313 days), bringing luck and joy to the recipient. The content and images are thoroughly prepared to bring FSOFTers a nice gift.
In alignment with the mission “Join forces to create happiness”, Work Anni is expected to spread happy moments. The new feature enables FSOFTers to react or send year-of-service appreciation messages to colleagues, review and share dedication milestones.
According to Mr. Nguyen The Tai (FHO.IDX) – PO of myFPT: “For individuals, it’s meaningful to annually celebrate the service dedication, a chance to spread joy in different ways. In addition to the Dedication Awards recognizing outstanding milestones, FSOFTers are annually honored for dedication on myFPT”.
On behalf of HRPR, Ms. Bui Binh Minh added: “Work Anniversary is aimed at creating the happiness that FPT Corporation has been focusing on. The wishes and images of each dedication milestone are thoroughly handled by the project team. Hopefully, each milestone is marked with full emotions, nice wishes and happiness”.
Work Anni is not simply a new feature but also acts as a “diary” to store unforgettable memories, nice dedication journeys of each happy FSOFTer.
Let’s update myFPT to the latest version (4.13.4), find the Work Anni feature at the “Functions” screen (All Apps) and experience it!
