New Chairman of FPT Japan Tanihara: “FSOFT Da Nang is expected to maximize its strengths”
FJP Chairman Toru Tanihara is visiting F-Complex to grasp FSOFT Da Nang’s capabilities as well as the business domains of the delivery units in collaboration with the Japanese market.
The FJP Chairman met FSUs like FDN, GAM, FSG, DPS, etc. On April 13, he joined the meeting with FDN’s Board of Directors. FDN FSUL Le Xuan Loc introduced the organizational chart, domains and delivery capacity. In response, Mr. Toru Tanihara raised a variety of questions to FDN leaders.
According to the FDN FSUL, 90% of managers who are working for the Japanese market can communicate in Japanese, and former FJPers account for over 50%.

In addition, Mr. Le Xuan Loc expects FPT Japan to help FDN approach new customers, especially SCSK, promoting FDN to more Japanese customers. FDN wishes to organize training courses in Da Nang for new AM/DMs, enhancing cohesion between new AMs/DMs and FPT Da Nang.
After the 2-hour meeting with FDN, FJP Chairman Tanihara admired FSOFT Da Nang for fluent Japanese communication like Mr. Ho Dac Nhan Tam (BUL FDN.R17), Mr. Pham Minh Tuan (FDN.M2), Mr. Nguyen Tran Quoc Phu (FDN.SSG), business development staff Phan Quang Thieu (FDN.DBP). He affirmed that FSOFT Da Nang in general and FDN in particular are expected to promote Da Nang’s capacity.

During the visit to the working area of FDN.DSI in which projects in partnership with SCSK are based, Mr. Toru Tanihara advised: “You should seek a way to promote Da Nang’s advantages. We are capable of doing many things, but the way we show is not impressive enough”.
On April 13-18, the Chairman of FPT Japan plans to meet major FSUs in Da Nang like DPS, FSG, GAM, etc. On April 14, Mr. Toru Tanihara visited Hope School, the FPT University campus in Da Nang, etc. He was surprised at FPT’s IT Complex, apartments for employees, schools ranging from primary to university levels, etc.

The new Chairman of FPT Japan – Mr. Toru Tanihara is known as a well-known talent in the Japanese IT industry. With more than 40 years of work experience, he is expected to accelerate FJP’s medium- and long-term development strategy in Japan.
