What’s in the Welcome Gift set for new employees?
From July 17, new members of FPT Software will receive onbroading gifts with a unique EVP identity with the desire to create inspiration for FSOFTers on the first day of onboarding.
On the journey to realize the mission of “Creating Happiness”, the Welcome Gift set is the newest privilege of the company in addition to the dynamic internal culture, talent incubation activities and a series of worthy incentives. The onboarding gift set is expected to be officially applied to onboard batches starting from July 17, within the scope of FSOFT in Vietnam.
As part of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) project of FWA.FRB and jointly deployed by HRPR.EX and SSC.HR, besides basic working equipment such as laptop, mouse, keyboard.. ., the Welcome Gift set also includes gifts with the software’s own imprint such as shockproof backpacks, helmets, water bottles, greeting cards, and the software house’s signature Cuder sticker set. These personal items will be a stepping stone for the recipient to come closer to the openness and enthusiasm of the F family, as well as emphasizing the philosophy of “Start with you” – employees are the decisive core value. the growth of FSOFT.
The EVP project is officially announced by the FWA Resource Assurance Board in 2023 with many activities accompanying the cross-cutting goal of contributing to a happy working environment, which is firmly founded by core values such as respect for individuals, innovation, commensurate income… combine the distinct values that FSOFT’s Board of Directors is committed to developing.
