Regulations of the HAPPY GIGA RUN at Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning of August 26, 2023

The registration of the participant represents the confirmation that you and your family members (if any) have read, understood, agreed to, and made sure to comply with the following covenants before participating in the Happy Giga Run organized by FSOFT at Hoan Kiem Lake on the morning of August 26, 2023.

1. I understand that running is an activity that has some potential risks to my personal health if I do not prepare and practice thoroughly before participating in the tournament. I certify that there is no illness, injury, or physical problem that may cause my injury or life or health problems while attending the event.

2. In the event that I develop a medical condition such as illness or injury before or during the event, I will withdraw from the race.

3. I agree to abide by all decisions of the Competition Organizer regarding my ability to complete the course safely. I accept all risks associated with the competition, circumstances cannot be fully guaranteed, from minor to serious injury, including but not limited to slips or falls, collisions with others, photo weather, or traffic…

4. I agree that if I am injured or need medical assistance, the Run Organizer may arrange for medical treatment and emergency transportation if deemed necessary. I agree that I am solely responsible for insurance coverage for medical expenses and medical transportation.

5. I agree to the Organizing Committee to use my name, race results, photos, videos, and multimedia used for any lawful purpose by the Event Organizer without paying fees or compensation.

6. I agree to release and hold the event organizers harmless from and against any claim or prosecution, or litigation resulting from any injury, loss, or damage to me or my property when participating in the event.

7. I represent my relatives to attend the event (if any) and commit to comply with the above 6 terms.
