Global interns taking pride in being a part of FSOFT

The culinary “journey” with dishes from three regions of Vietnam and the inspirational sharing by FSOFT leaders during a recent Happy Lunch has left an indelible impression on international interns.

The “Happy Lunch” event with the participation of CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh, Deputy Director of FA Nguyen Van Vinh, Head of MCP Nguyen Dan Phuong, representatives from the leadership team, and interns from both batch 1 and batch 2.

On this occasion, 9 interns from Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and Indonesia had the opportunity to savor “unique and delicious” dishes representing the culinary delights of various regions. Everyone engaged in lively discussions about the cuisines of their respective countries and Vietnam.

Diko Kintarenji (FHO.FST), an intern from President University, Indonesia, shared that this was one of the most exciting activities on his FPT Global Internship journey. “Each dish has a unique and distinct flavor. The characteristic tastes and cultural diversity of each region are clearly expressed in each dish,” Diko enthusiastically explained. Sidiq Rangga Kalam, a student from the Indonesia University of Education, particularly enjoyed the stuffed snails served with rice crackers.

In agreement with his two friends, Glorious Satria Dhamang Aji from Telkom University, Indonesia, was highly interested in the stories and cultural meanings behind Vietnam’s delicious dishes. Glorious also revealed his deep love for Vietnamese cuisine, saying, “You can find delicious food anywhere, even on an airplane.”

In addition to cultural and culinary stories, the interns also had the opportunity to listen to sincere sharing from FSOFT leaders and mentors who guided them throughout their internship.

Diko and Glorious felt incredibly grateful for the chance to have direct and close conversations with FSOFT leaders. “We were extremely impressed and proud to have a direct conversation with FSOFT leaders. The personal experiences of the FPT leaders not only helped us accumulate valuable lessons but also opened up new perspectives on our career path after this internship,” said Diko.
