IVS.AT honored as an excellent OKRs achiever at the FSOFT level in Q3
Under the leadership of Mr. Pham Minh Xuan, the IVS.AT team has excellently become one of the top 5 units with outstanding OKRs at the FSOFT level, receiving praise from FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan.
Thanks to a commitment to practical work and alignment with the unit’s strategy, IVS.AT has reaped the sweet fruits of a series of victories in the Korean and Vietnamese markets. Specifically, in the third quarter of 2023, the sole challenge set for the unit was to “Achieve 75% of the 2023 plan.” With this goal, the key results outlined included developing an additional 2 major customers/projects in the Korean market and expanding projects in the banking and securities sector in the Vietnamese market.
Despite the global economic downturn and widespread workforce reduction, Mr. Pham Minh Xuan chose challenging and ambitious OKRs for the unit while ensuring feasibility. Establishing close alignment with the target outcomes helped the unit excel in OKRs with outstanding results. In just three months, the key results for all objectives achieved an absolute 100% success rate, with 3 significant contracts, including 2 with Korean clients and 2 contracts expanding into the banking and securities sector in the Vietnamese market. IVS.AT successfully achieved its third quarter OKRs, with the unit’s revenue reaching 75% of the 2023 plan, estimated at nearly 6 million USD.
According to IVS.AT Director Pham Minh Xuan, there are several reasons contributing to the excellent completion of OKRs, but the key factors lie in three elements: approach method, resource preparation planning during challenging periods, and execution methodology.

Regarding the approach method, Mr. Xuan stated, “IVS.AT proactively collaborated with the business teams at various business units, effectively and swiftly approaching the unique needs of each potential customer by inviting them to Vietnam or directly visiting their headquarters. Furthermore, we demonstrated the ability to mobilize high-quality IT engineers specializing in Automation Test and proficient in both English and Korean. IVS.AT is confident in delivering the best-quality software products, meeting deadlines, and enhancing productivity to help clients pursue and achieve their goals.”
In terms of training, “not waiting idly for talented individuals to come,” IVS.AT partnered with CTC and FA to conduct training courses for Fresher and FSQE, promptly building and improving the quality of human resources to meet project requirements within just 2 months. IVS.AT also made a difference by sending proactive project managers to “hunt” for talent, implementing policies to attract Onsiters, Seniors, Test Leads, etc., to join the unit and building a key member team in a short time.
The achievement of being in the “Top 5 Outstanding FSOFT-level OKRs” is not only attributed to the emphasis on the approach method, quantity, and quality of personnel but also the dedication of a talented leader with a special execution method. Mr. Xuan’s goal is to focus on implementing on the adjacent management team, not overly personalizing to each individual, while closely monitoring promising recruits, recognizing their potential for rapid growth through real project experience.
IVS.AT Director emphasized: “By trying to instill motivation, inspiration, and the right ‘easy-to-follow’ OKR method into this management team. Because they are the direct contact with the employees below, deployment will be much more detailed and rapid.” In addition, Mr. Xuan also shared a small habit in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with managers, constantly reminding them of the keyword “OKR,” which somewhat helps colleagues “keep in mind” the goal.
On behalf of IVS.AT, Mr. Xuan expresses gratitude to the entire team: “Thank you to the project managers who willingly went to OBs to connect with clients, thanks to the spirit of not hesitating with OT/ON, rarely returning on time, sometimes having to work additional OT on weekends for team members. Thanks for the concern and the supportive side-by-side from departments, IVS leadership, and FSOFT, always creating all the conditions to ensure resources, policies, regimes, and the best technical issue resolution support and network for project members.”
High goals will come with significant challenges; however, IVS.AT is confident it will continue to steer the Automation Test ship into the world, reaching more global giants, expanding its influence in the domestic and international testing market, and aiming to build the number one Automation Test team in Vietnam.
