FSOFT Nha Trang collaborates with leading Universities for young talents acquisition

FSOFT Nha Trang recently played host to a delegation of professors from Ajou University in South Korea, Nha Trang University, and Pacific University, marking a significant step toward fostering joint efforts for educational and training development and recruiting a new wave of young talents for its latest branch.

Key representatives from FSOFT Nha Trang, including Mr. Truong Hoang Phuc – Branch Director, and Mr. Dinh Vu Quoc Trung – Director of FPT Software Academy South, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. This historic visit signifies the first official interaction at the new FSOFT Nha Trang office.

During the meeting, Mr. Truong Hoang Phuc – Head of FSOFT Nha Trang and FSG, expressed a strong commitment to deepening collaborations with local leading universities through diverse training programs and practical activities. The objective is to cultivate a high-caliber information technology workforce aligned with global standards. The overarching goal is to empower graduates to seamlessly meet employer criteria, instilling confidence in applying for positions not only at FPT Software Nha Trang but also at major technology firms nationally and internationally.

In recent times, FSG, in collaboration with FA and FWA, has actively spearheaded recruitment activities to meet the surging demand for human resources at the new branch. Mr. Dinh Vu Quoc Trung, Director of FA.SG, anticipates that the professors’ visit will serve as a pivotal link between FSOFT and local universities in Nha Trang. The collaboration aims to assist students in building knowledge, skills, and clear career paths in the technology sector while simultaneously attracting young talents to the software industry in the Central region.

As part of this strategic collaboration, FSOFT will provide support to universities in organizing a series of seminars and workshops introducing FPT’s culture, offering recruitment advice, and facilitating visits to FSOFT Nha Trang’s offices. This initiative creates a pathway for talented students to join FPT Software.

Representatives from the universities expressed a strong desire to collaborate closely with FSOFT Nha Trang in training, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Their aim is to guide the younger generation of IT students toward closer engagement with FSOFT’s internship programs.

Impressed by the architectural design reflecting the coastal city’s ambiance and the refreshing, modern technological environment of the FSOFT Nha Trang office, the professors affirmed that it is one of the most desirable workplaces in the region.
