Team DPS.GBS’s experience in a 7-week onsite trip in Australia
The goal of this onsite trip is to access methods, receive training content and learn how to work to create products and results according to customer requirements within 7 weeks. During this business trip, the DPS.GBS team focused on taking notes, practicing, asking questions, exchanging questions and directly performing work operations from the simplest to the most complex.
Taking on important accounting operations for end users of P. Group in the Australian market, the project team is required to have practical professional experience, fluent English and a deep understanding of law and regulations financial principles of the host country.

“The DPS team has good professional capacity and is completing assigned training tasks very well. Although there are many differences in tax management and accounting operations in Australia, the team has adapted very quickly,” said a representative of the project’s client side.
Outside of working hours, the project team was also extremely excited to visit famous places in Australia such as Glenelg beach, Adelaide Botanic Garden, and Adelaide Central Market.

For the first time together onsite in Australia, the trip brought many interesting feelings and great motivation to all members. “Working onsite helps me experience a new culture and working environment, in addition to having the opportunity to explore unique places and entertainment activities in Australia,” Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang Dai – Accounting Specialist of shared project.
This is also a testament to DPS.GBS’s efforts to transform and upgrade expertise and service quality through a thorough training process, while also providing opportunities for DPSers to develop themselves and enrich their experience in an international working environment.
