FSOFT receives 5 First Class Stars of Honor in a row from FPT

Chairman Trương Gia Bình recently awarded 5 First Class Stars of Honor in a row to FSOFT and its units for outstanding achievements and significant contributions to FSOFT’s revenue of 1 billion USD in 2023.

Specifically, the first First Class Stars of Honor in a row was awarded to FSOFT for its outstanding achievement of reaching revenue of 1 billion USD in 2023. With this milestone, FSOFT has become one of the leading global large-size IT service providers, marking a remarkable historical milestone in its 25 years of establishment and development.

The FSOFT Human Resources Unit was also honored by the Group for its outstanding performance in human resources management, having successfully recruited over 7,000 FSOFTers, meeting the needs of over 12,000 positions and achieving the lowest turnover rate in the past 15 years, contributing significantly to FPT’s 1 billion USD in IT services and software revenue.

Two other units, FSOFT’s Delivery Unit and Finance and Business Assurance Unit, were also honored with the First Class Battle Honor from FPT this morning. The Delivery Unit had a successful track record of delivering over 2,500 projects, while the Finance and Business Assurance Unit excelled in M&A financial management and flexible operational assurance activities, driving sustainable growth in the past year.

The sole representative from FSOFT’s overseas branches is FPT Asia Pacific. The members of the Lion City have had outstanding achievements, with average revenue growth of 40% in three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, contributing significantly to FSOFT’s progress towards the 1 billion USD revenue milestone.
