From the inception of their first overseas offices in India, the United States, Japan, and more, FSOFT faced numerous obstacles, including temporary closures. Despite these challenges, FSOFT persisted in their mission to build a global company, exporting Vietnamese intelligence to leading countries in information technology. As FSOFT expanded, numerous software production centers and offices opened in major cities and capitals globally, facilitating 24/7 service access for clients.

“FSOFT’s expansion strategy” characterizes FSOFT’s approach to market diversification, acquisitions, and mergers. Notably, the 2023 MILAR program – abbreviated from the letters of Morocco, India, Latin America, and Romania – witnessed FSOFT establishing additional offices and software production centers outside Vietnam (nearshore), enhancing customer service capabilities, and solidifying its status as a formidable global company.

In Japan, FPT Japan stands out as the largest foreign technology company with nearly 3,000 employees. It also ranks 11th in Japan’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work list, alongside industry giants like Salesforce, Cisco, and Accenture etc.

In Singapore, FPT Asia Pacific is among the Top 40 largest technology service companies out of 3,800, according to the Gartner Market Share report of April 2022.

In addition to unlimited learning and development opportunities, thousands of international onsite trips each year offer FSOFT employees not only valuable experiences but also broaden their perspectives on life, culture, and people worldwide. In 2023, FSOFT welcomed 1,338 international talents. In Japan, over 700 new hires were made, with 50% being Japanese professionals from other companies and the remaining 50% being international students here.

Currently, the international workforce at FSOFT exceeds 3,000 people, with a target to reach 20% of the total workforce within the next three years.
