FSA launches first Korean BrSE training program in Nha Trang
Recently, FPT Software Academy (FSA) has initiated the Korean Bridge Engineer (Korean BrSE) program at the University of the Pacific in Nha Trang City. The program is expected to equip future IT engineers with a solid foundation of knowledge and proficiency in Korean language, expanding the pool of high-tech manpower for FSOFT in general and its Nha Trang branch in particular.
During the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trung Lap, Head of the Information Technology Faculty at the University of the Pacific, emphasized the importance of collaboration between FSOFT and the university in training and preparing competent IT personnel proficient in foreign languages to meet the recruitment needs of technology companies worldwide. With the Korean Bridge Engineer program, the university also expects the first batch of students to lay a solid foundation for Nha Trang students to confidently enter the IT market of “the Land of the Morning Calm” in the future.
Highlighting the opening ceremony were insightful discussions on new trends and demands of the Korean market in the industry by Mr. Dinh Vu Quoc Trung, Head of the FSA Training Academy in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, Mr. Vu Thanh Tuan, Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Department at FSA HCM, shared program content, evaluation criteria, and job opportunities at FSOFT as well as in Korea, aiding students in early career planning and skill preparation.

“When registering for this program, I expect to speak Korean fluently and contribute to FPT Software in the long term, as well as have the opportunity to test myself in the Korean market,” Phan Tho Thien – a third-year student shared.
With a focus on the 5 GIGA objectives and a revenue target of 5 billion USD by 2030, FSOFT will concentrate on strengthening resources and the quality of technology engineers in major global markets, including South Korea. The Korean BrSE training program aims to provide quality manpower capable of competing and working in international environments.
