DX-Academy: 45% increase in certifications achieved as of May 15

As of May 15, the DX-Academy (Udacity) program has recorded a 30% increase in the total number of certifications achieved compared to the same period last year, with a particular focus on the key Cloud and Data certification group. There have been over 2,900 registrations for certification exams and nearly 1,000 new certifications received.

As of May 15, 2024, the TOP 3 units with the most certifications in the “Big Tree, Big Shine” campaign are: FHM, FI, FHN as FSUs with a scale of over 1,000 employees; CEP, GHC, EBS as FSUs with a scale of 500-1,000 employees; FHO.IT and FQC as FSUs with a scale of less than 500 employees.

Since the beginning of 2024, the program has provided 2,500 Udacity accounts with 2,900 nanodegree/course enrollments. The ongoing campaigns to promote learning are also showing positive results. Specifically, the “21st Alphabet Race” campaign has recorded 250 FSOFTers completing the course in just 21 days, compared to the target of 210 people. The “Big Tree, Big Shine” campaign has recorded 400 new certifications after 3 weeks of launch, compared to the target of 1,200 certifications after 2 months of campaign deployment. It is expected that in May, DX-Academy will continue to provide 600 more Udacity accounts for FSOFTers to participate in advanced training courses.

Previously, in order to promote competition between units and encourage learners to complete their certifications in a short time, FSA in general and DX-Academy have launched a campaign called “Big Tree, Big Shine” from April 16 to June 5.

The award structure of the “Big Tree, Big Shine” campaign is as follows:

• “Ancient Tree” award worth VND 40,000,000 for FSUs with a scale of more than 1,000 members and reaching the 700 certification milestone the fastest.
• “Cactus” award worth VND 20,000,000 for FSUs with a scale of 500 to 1,000 members and reaching 400 certifications the fastest
• “Sprout” award worth VND 10,000,000 for FSUs with less than 500 members and reaching 100 certifications the fastest

In addition to the above conditions, FSUs must have the lowest Offtrack and Monitor ratios among the campaign participants to be eligible for the award. In addition, FSOFTers can refer to more Udacity short-term courses on Cloud/Data to participate in applying for individual awards:

• 01 “Pathfinder” award worth VND 2,000,000 for 1 FSOFTer who achieves the most certifications, including at least 1 certification in the Data/Cloud level Intermediate Up focus group
• 50 “Bright Gems” awards each worth VND 500,000 for the next 50 FOFTers (2-51) who achieve the most certifications and have at least 1 certification in the Data/Cloud level Intermediate Up group
• 50 “Rising Stars” awards each worth VND 300,000 for the next 50 FSOFTers (52-101) who achieve the most certifications and have at least 1 certification in the Data/Cloud level Intermediate Up focus group

DX-Academy is a program that helps FSOFTers upskill in a role-based manner, focusing on the Data/Cloud/AI and programming languages that FSOFT is in need of. Participants include CBNVs who have signed official contracts with FSOFT, have about 1-2 years of experience or are passionate about the Cloud, Data… field and have a desire to upskill to apply to real-world situations. In particular, priority is given to students of Nanodegree Cloud/Data level Intermediate and Specialist.
