Two FSOFT innovations shine at iKhien Final Round No. 2, Group A
The iKhien Final Round No. 2 for Group A – Commercialized Products and Services, held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, showcased the competition of five innovative projects. FSOFT secured third place in the iKhien 2024 competition, earning two Silver and three Bronze awards. This achievement was due to the Silver award-winning ADP – Agent Digital Platform and the Bronze award-winning FPO – FPT Planning and Optimizer application.
FSG’s ADP makes its mark with the First Silver Award at iKhien Final Round No. 2
ADP – Agent Digital Platform is an innovative AI-powered “sale app” that integrates all processes for insurance agents into a single application. It enables real-time tracking of sales and distribution performance, facilitating timely and accurate decision-making.
With this initiative, over 200 new insurance contracts are created daily through the system, 86% of recruitment profiles are standardized, and the time for candidate communication is reduced to 3 hours for the entire recruitment process. Additionally, the platform allows for 100% tracking and reporting of agent activities for management, with 98% of agents expressing satisfaction and improved performance after using the system. The initiative has generated USD 1.4 million in revenue from clients such as AIA and Manulife.

The Bronze award went to FPO – FPT Planning and Optimizer, developed by EBS. This application provides a high-precision promotional planning system, optimizing processes, reducing manual work, and driving revenue growth. It has helped businesses achieve an 85% reduction in workload for 12 planning cycles per year, a 10% reduction in Trade Marketing costs, and a 3% increase in revenue. With its exceptional features, FPT Planning and Optimizer has generated nearly 7 billion VND in revenue from Unilever.
As of July 26th, iKhien 2024 has received 2,826 submissions across various units. FPT Software leads with 1,539 eligible submissions, followed by FPT IS with 594.
