FSOFT seeks employee feedback on occupational health and safety policy
FSOFT is set to consult its employees in Vietnam, France, and Germany regarding their current occupational health and safety (OHS) measures. This initiative, scheduled for August 12-16, aims to gather feedback on facilities, equipment, healthcare, and medical provisions. The objective is to adjust or add relevant activities that ensure employee safety and health in the workplace, adhering to ISO 45001 standards.
The OHS Committee will conduct employee consultations during risk assessments, equipment and work environment changes, and when incidents leading to workplace accidents occur. Company leadership will seek employee input throughout the development and implementation of the OHS policies and objectives.

The feedback will provide FSOFT with an unbiased assessment of its current OHS activities, enabling adjustments or additions to promote effective communication about safety and health to all employees and stakeholders. This process aims to minimize incidents due to information gaps and encourages active participation in enhancing the OHS management system’s effectiveness.
HRPR will send out the consultation forms via email to all employees from August 12-16.
ISO 45001 is the first international standard dedicated to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems. Achieving ISO 45001 certification not only demonstrates FSOFT’s commitment to a safe and healthy work environment but also ensures full legal compliance. Occupational health and safety is part of the EcoVadis certification, which boosts FSOFT’s Silver EcoVadis sustainability rating, with the goal of achieving Gold for FEU in 2024. This certification enhances the company’s reputation and opens new opportunities with clients who require ISO 45001.
