FHN advances to Nha Trang
FHN will leverage local resources to reach a goal of 100 employees by 2025 and achieve an annual workforce growth of 30%.
After several months of preparation and building capacity through the Supply Chain Delivery (SCD) program, FHN is ready to expand its operations to Tier 2 branches. SCD is FSOFT’s new production model that capitalizes on traditional strengths such as scalable flexibility, stable staffing, international quality, and increased productivity. This model will specifically support bringing projects to Tier 2 branches like Nha Trang, Hue, Tam Ky, Can Tho, Quy Nhon, and other branches across Vietnam.
Nha Trang, with its strategic location and potential, is an ideal site for FSOFT to expand and attract talent. The city is being shaped to become a leading financial and commercial hub in the nation and Southeast Asia. With a high-quality education system and over 7 universities, Nha Trang and its surrounding areas provide 500-700 IT students annually, ensuring a rich talent pool for FSOFT.

With the goal of expanding and strengthening its presence in FSOFT Nha Trang, FHN will increase its activities at FSOFT Nha Trang starting September 2024. FHN.DLS, the largest team within FSU, will lead the regional shift and foundation building here. FHN.DLS Director Hoang Van Duong (DuongHV) stated, “This relocation process has been carefully planned. Expanding the unit’s operations has always been my key focus.”
During the preparation phase, FHN.DLS conducted a survey in Nha Trang to assess the local environment and workforce. The unit will bring the first 3 projects with over 30 core staff to FSOFT Nha Trang next month. Concurrently, FHN will implement a talent acquisition strategy by relocating existing staff and recruiting new employees. These activities will be evaluated monthly to develop an appropriate project expansion strategy.
FHN also commits to sending specialized resources from Hanoi to build a strong team, as well as organizing training programs and recruitment activities such as workshops and seminars. Not only aiming to increase the quantity and quality of the workforce, FHN also targets attracting a large number of clients and partners to Nha Trang.
