Maya shines brightly, securing the Gold Award at iKhiến 2024

The 3rd round of iKhiến’s final judging for Category B was held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, showcasing six innovative projects from FPT Software, FPT Telecom, FPT IS, and Synnex FPT. Following these results, the overall iKhiến 2024 rankings have seen a significant shift. FSOFT has ascended to the top position with 1 Gold, 3 Silver, and 4 Bronze awards. FIS, the previous leader, now occupies the second spot with 1 Gold, 2 Silver, and 2 Bronze. FTEL follows in third place with 1 Gold and 2 Silver, while Synnex FPT holds 1 Gold. As of August 14th, iKhiến 2024 has received 2,966 registered initiatives across various units, with FSOFT maintaining its lead with an impressive 1,567 initiatives.

Maya – The Happiness Ambassador from FHO.HRPR, Outshines Strong Competitors

Unveiled to the FPT tech community, Maya, an HR-focused chatbot, provides a multi-faceted and accessible solution that significantly enhances work efficiency. New employees can effortlessly access information and seamlessly integrate into the work environment. The initiative has demonstrably improved interaction efficiency with internal systems by 30% to 70%, reduced new employee turnover from 15.7% to 3.4%, and increased employee retention from 8% to 13.4%, resulting in substantial cost savings of 23.225 billion VND for the company.

Alongside Maya’s success, IT WOW.Ticket from IT Center also garnered recognition with a Silver award. This chatbot, designed to track and manage IT service requests, effectively reduces employee wait times and boosts productivity when technical issues occur. The initiative has successfully decreased ticket processing time from 9.1 hours to 6.5 hours and ticket closing time from 5 minutes to 30 seconds. During its 5-month trial period, the initiative generated cost savings of 1.3 billion VND.

The Bronze award was bestowed upon Happy Report from FJP.FUN. This innovative initiative harnesses the power of AI to identify trends and personalize reports distinctively and engagingly. Happy Report ensures the delivery of valuable content while remaining cost-effective and time-efficient.
