Numerous initiatives from OBs continue to receive praise from FSOFT leadership

At the weekly operational meeting held on September 16th, FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan, along with the executive board, presented awards to five initiatives that had triumphed in the iKhiến and Bird Tank competitions of 2024. Notably, this year’s iKhiến season witnessed a remarkable contribution from OBs such as FSK, FINDA, FKR, and FML, whose outstanding initiatives significantly bolstered the software house’s performance in the Group-wide competition.

Specifically, in the fourth round of the iKhiến finals, FPT Korea, with its innovative Device-Farm Enabler for Automotive Head Unit, clinched the Gold award, while IvyChat from the AIC unit won the Bronze. These two achievements solidified FSOFT’s leading position across the Group, with a total of 2 Gold, 3 Silver, and 5 Bronze awards.

In addition to the two Group-level initiatives that were honored and awarded, FSOFT’s leadership team delved into discussions about three prominent products showcased at the Bird Tank 2024. The highly acclaimed and presented initiatives included CodeVista (AIC) and TADA-Total Augmented Data Analytics Platform (CEP). These innovations secured the Gold awards in the eighth and ninth rounds of the Bird Tank competition, respectively.

During the meeting, FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan expressed his profound appreciation for the OBs’ initiatives and voiced his anticipation for more creative products from these units. He also emphasized the need for iKhiến and Bird Tank initiatives to be closely aligned with specific domains, exploiting potential niche markets to differentiate and revolutionize FSOFT’s offerings compared to its competitors.

In a special development, September 17th marked the anniversary of FPT Slovakia. The leadership team extended their congratulations on the OB’s 10th anniversary and expressed their delight at the unit’s inaugural product, the SAP Monitoring Tool, winning the Bird Tank Bronze award. During his business trip to FSK, FSOFT CDTO Dao Duy Cuong personally presented the award to the development team of the tool.

After four impressive rounds of competition, iKhiến 2024 has witnessed an explosion of groundbreaking innovations from OBs, promising to foster potential collaboration opportunities with global partners and elevate FPT/FSOFT’s standing in the international market.
