“10 Minutes to Success”: Elevate your knowledge, propel your career

Udemy officially kicks off a learning race for all units. With just 10 minutes of practice each day, you can unlock the door to success for your career. Join the “10 Minutes to Success” Campaign and together with your unit enter the top of the learning leaderboard, with rewards of up to 55,000 golds.

“10 Minutes to Success” campaign, initiated by FSA, aims to promote self-learning on Udemy among FSOFTers and spread the culture of continuous learning throughout the organization. By encouraging the enhancement of knowledge and professional skills, the program also offers valuable rewards for units that meet all the specified criteria.

• Campaign Duration: September 17, 2024 – November 15, 2024
• Eligible Participants: Applicable to BUs/departments with 30 or more Udemy accounts and employees under contract with FSOFT Vietnam. FSA will provide a detailed account list for each unit.
• Award Criteria (Scored on a 100-point scale):

Criteria 1: Percentage of Employees Participating in Learning Activities

• Condition: Awards will only be considered if the participation rate is ≥ 65%, with each employee completing at least one course. The unit’s average learning time must reach at least 3 hours during the program period.

Criteria 2: Learning Spirit Promotion Rate

• Calculation method: % of learning spirit promotion = Number of shared posts by each employee/Total number of Udemy accounts in BU
• A shared post is considered valid if it has at least 300 words and meets all the criteria provided by FSA via the following link: LINK

Criteria 3: The final score of the competition will be based on the total points of Criteria 1 and Criteria 2.

• Evaluation conditions:
  • Only completed Udemy elective courses with certificates will be counted (mandatory courses like ISMS, Contract Policy, Core Values, etc., are excluded).
  • The data used for awarding prizes will be calculated from 17/09/2024 to the end of 15/11/2024.
• Prize structure: Divided as per the table below, with a total value of up to 55,000 golds.
