The girl with a hobby of “visual treats” for colleagues
Every Monday morning, Nguyễn Thị Thu Hiền (SSC.HL) brings colorful bouquets into the office, carefully trimming each branch and leaf, and meticulously arranging each vase of flowers. Her efforts create a visual feast for FSOFTers. Thanks to her skillful hands, the reception area at Hola Park is always vibrant, fresh, and full of life.
Joining FSOFT in 2016, Hiền has been with the company for nearly 10 years, leaving many personal marks. Here, she not only gets to do the work she loves but also develops her skills and expertise, as well as experiences a variety of activities that clearly reflect the blend between work and life. Her main job is to check processes and handle documents, which requires meticulousness and attention to detail, contributing to her perfectionism in all activities.
In addition to her work at SSC, Hiền also harbors a special passion for flowers. Every Monday morning, she personally selects the freshest flowers to create “flower corners,” decorating the reception area at A1, F-Ville 3. This is not only a joy but also a daily hobby for her at the CodeCation campus. She shares, “I am always excited and look forward to new flowers each season, trying to convey the spirit of the holidays through each decoration corner. That’s why I have grown to love and become more attached to Hola Park.”

Recalling the first time she was assigned the task of arranging flowers for the opening event of F-Ville 3, Hiền spent many sleepless nights thinking about the suitable types of flowers and studying the art of flower arrangement to create impressive works for customers and partners.
Just like cooking, Hiền always puts a lot of effort into creating diverse and interesting “flower decoration menus.” Every week, she brings a new, unique concept or a rare flower to provide a visual treat for FSOFTers.
Đỗ Lê Dân (DCE) expressed his admiration: “Many types of flowers are very eye-catching, and the way they are arranged and combined with fruits and other items is incredibly creative, making my colleagues and me marvel.”
For Hiền, each “flower corner” is not only a hallmark of Hola Park but also a source of fresh inspiration, conveying a vibrant spirit to FSOFTers. It contributes to creating a dream working environment for IT engineers from many countries.
