FPT Americas honors dedicated employees in Seattle, USA

The Renton office in Seattle, under FPT Americas (FAM), recently held the Dedication Awards ceremony to recognize 13 employees who have reached 5 or 10 years of service at FHO and FAM. During the ceremony, FAM ST5 members also gathered to celebrate FAM’s 16th anniversary with a cake-cutting event.

Kicking off the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Thai, Account Manager at FAM ST5, shared insights about the journey and the growth of human resources in Seattle. He first joined FPT in 2004, starting his career on a project in New York. However, due to budget cuts from the client, he faced challenges and had to seek new opportunities. After overcoming these obstacles, he became part of a new project in Seattle and has since contributed to the growth of FAM ST5.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh (FAM.ST5), who has been with the company for 10 years, expressed his admiration for FSOFT’s unique culture, where leadership is approachable and friendly, fostering an open and welcoming work environment. Additionally, the professionalism in work and the diversity of projects and technologies have allowed him to continuously enhance his skills and grow in his expertise. A key factor that has kept him committed to FPT is CEO FAM Đặng Trần Phương’s vision of building an “FPT village” in the U.S.
