FPT eCare represents FSOFT in the final of iKhiến No.9

On the afternoon of October 31, the finals of iKhiến No.9 took place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, featuring a competitive showcase of five innovative solutions from FPT IS, FPT Software, and FPT Telecom under Group A – Commercialized Products and Services. This was also the last qualifying round of the iKhiến 2024 competition. Among the finalists, FPT eCare, from GHC.DHM, captured the attention of the assessment council with its unique advantages and high applicability in the healthcare field.

FPT Software presented the FPT eCare solution, which serves the healthcare sector. In light of the numerous significant challenges facing the healthcare industry—such as an aging population, a shortage of medical personnel, and insufficient IT infrastructure—these limitations not only slow data processing but also lead to fragmentation, making healthcare management complex and inefficient. Thus, FPT eCare was developed as a comprehensive digital healthcare platform. It not only helps customers accelerate system deployment times, but also optimizes costs, minimizes risks, and enhances the experience for both patients and healthcare organizations. Additionally, it paves the way for AI applications to improve treatment effectiveness.

This initiative shortens the development time from 18 months to 12 months, bringing the product to market 1.5 years ahead of competitors. It also saves customers over 3 billion VND in development costs compared to initial projections and has generated 26 billion VND in revenue.

When asked about the industry knowledge required to build a healthcare platform, the team shared that they recruited experienced healthcare professionals for consultation and support. Additionally, clients within the healthcare sector provided further input to help the team refine the product.
