FPT Mexico completes 2024 target and plans to double growth by 2025
FPT Mexico (FMEX) recently held the Sum-up 2024 event in Guadalajara City to summarize business activities in 2024 and set strategies for the new year.
After 1 year of establishment, the unit has completed 100% of the set plan with revenue of 8 million USD, and profit reaching 2 million USD. The unit currently has 120 headcounts, achieving a growth rate of more than 300% compared to 2023. Thanks to effective business operations and strong growth in billable projects, the unit has changed from an expected loss (about 400,000 USD) to a positive profit (2 million USD). In September 2024, FMEX excellently received the title of The Best Nearshore Performing FSU from FSOFT HO with the highest revenue increase of 2.5 million USD.
Looking forward to 2025, the unit aims to double revenue growth and continue to build resources in Mexico with the spirit of “One Team”, unifying from offshore to nearshore to ensure the fastest and highest quality response to customer requirements.
The event was also an opportunity for FMEX to honor 5 outstanding individuals, including Ms. Ho Truc Ly (FMX.FHM), Mr. Nguyen Tien Son (FMX.FHM), Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien (FMX.FHM), Mr. Diego Vargas Abraham (FMX.GHC) and Ms. Laura Gonzalez (FMX.SUP). In addition, FMEX employees raised glasses to celebrate the birthdays of members born in December, enjoyed an intimate dinner, participated in the Secret Santa game, spun a lucky draw and danced a traditional dance in this Latin American country.
