FSOFT and VADX Japan launch first BrSE training program

Recently, the first-ever BrSE training program in Japan for students of FPT University HCM officially commenced. This program is part of the “Go Japan” project, jointly organized by FSOFT, the Vietnam-Japan Digital Transformation Association (VADX Japan), and esteemed universities, academies, and colleges. The initiative aims to cultivate high-quality tech talent, empowering Vietnamese professionals to thrive in the Japanese market.

Following a rigorous selection process, 50 outstanding Software Engineering students from FPT University HCM have become the first participants in the program. The initiative not only focuses on providing a solid foundation of technical expertise but also fosters comprehensive development in language skills, cultural understanding, and adaptability to international work environments.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Trần Nhật Thăng, Head of the Japan Market at FHM.CMS, highlighted the severe shortage of high-quality tech engineers in Japan, describing it as a significant growth challenge for FPT Software. “To achieve sustainable development and seize opportunities in the new phase, we must invest in training skilled professionals who are well-versed in Japanese language and culture,” he emphasized.

Mr. Thăng described “Go Japan” as a strategic project that aims to build a robust talent pipeline for FSOFT while enabling young professionals to realize their dreams. “Opportunities are available, but success will require the determination and effort of each participant to meet the project’s standards. With FSOFT’s extensive preparations, we are confident that you will succeed and become key personnel for FPT in Japan,” he said.

Participants in the BrSE program will receive training in programming, Japanese language skills up to N3 proficiency for communication, and essential soft skills. From hands-on experiences to working on cutting-edge technology projects, this journey not only supports personal growth but also raises Vietnam’s technological profile on the global stage.

The program is a central part of the “Go Japan” project, which focuses on strengthening FSOFT’s ICT workforce to meet the demands of the Japanese market. The project is being implemented at top universities in Vietnam, with the mission of creating a talent pool capable of meeting Japan’s rigorous standards.
