The Next iKhiến Grand Finale: The creative race – Reaching the peak of innovation
On January 7, 2025, at the A Hall of FPT Tower (Pham Van Bach, Hanoi), the Group-level iKhiến 2024 competition will enter the dramatic Final round. Competing for the ultimate title are CodeVista, the “flagship project” of FSOFT and three other outstanding contenders from FPT IS, FPT Telecom, and FPT Online.
With the theme “The Next iKhiến”, this year’s finale has been designed as an “Innovation Race”. Here, each team acts as a “runner,” sprinting toward the finish line with groundbreaking products, innovative solutions, and a spirit of teamwork. The judging panel, taking on the role of “coaches,” will not only guide the teams in refining their products but also support their personal and team growth.

The grand prize sought by all teams is the coveted “Initiative of the Year” trophy. In Group A, the champion will win VND 100 million, while the runner-up will take home VND 30 million. In Group B, the top prize is VND 50 million, with VND 20 million for the runner-up. Additional awards for teams and individuals will also be presented.
Having outshone six strong opponents in the semifinals, CodeVista—an AI assistant for programmers developed by FSOFT’s AIC unit—will compete against Podcast Generation (FPT Online) in Group B. Meanwhile, FPT Camera Agent (FPT Telecom) will face off against Volar FINEX (FPT IS) in Group A. These four excellent teams promise to deliver thrilling performances during the iKhiến finals at FPT Tower on January 7, 2025.
Like seasoned athletes, each team in the finals is determined to conquer the peak of creativity. The competition comprises three main stages, likened to a professional sporting event, testing the talent and resilience of each team. The first stage, Takeoff, involves presenting the problem, solution, and potential of the innovation. Each team has 10 minutes to convince the judging panel of their product’s real-world value and application prospects.
Next comes the Sprint, where teams engage in head-to-head confrontations . This stage features sharp questions and critical evaluations to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each initiative.
In the final stage, Finish Line, the judges will pose questions to each team for 10 minutes. The teams will provide answers, outline long-term development strategies, and seek investment from the judges.
A unique feature of this year’s competition is the introduction of mentors – experienced leaders from FPT member companies – who will act as “pacers.”These mentors will provide guidance and inspiration to help the teams maximize their potential, from strategy development to persuasive presentation techniques. The mentors will support the teams in the two weeks leading up to the final but will not participate in the presentations themselves, emphasizing the spirit of “Teams fight independently; mentors remain a steadfast support.”
Beyond the intense rivalry among the four excellent initiatives, this year’s iKhiến finals will also feature vibrant cheerleader competitions under the theme “Cheerleader – Fun Unleashed”. Creative performances, exciting displays, and engaging side activities promise to ignite an electrifying atmosphere for all attendees.
