FSOFT Nha Trang Turns 1 – A place where dreams unite

On March 13, FSOFT’s youngest branch in Vietnam, FSOFT Nha Trang, celebrates its first anniversary. One year may not seem like a long time, but for FSOFTers in Nha Trang, it has been a memorable journey, where each individual has written their own story and experienced special moments.

Nguyễn Xuân Linh Tâm was one of the first to relocate from Ho Chi Minh City to the new branch. Looking back, he recalls: “My hometown is in Ninh Thuận, so as soon as I heard about the new branch opening in Khánh Hòa, I immediately decided to return. At that time, the office was still under construction, not as complete as it is now. More than a year has passed, and I’m truly proud to have witnessed and contributed to the first steps of this branch”. For Tâm, FSOFT Nha Trang is a place of youthful energy and passion. The enthusiasm and eagerness to learn from Gen Z colleagues have constantly motivated him to improve and grow every day.

For Cao Minh Đức, the decision to relocate from Hanoi was a defining moment in his career. He shared:
“The coastal city of Nha Trang has given me many new experiences, helping me gain fresh perspectives on both work and life. Although the branch is still relatively small, it has its own distinct character – youthful, dynamic, modern, and innovative. What I cherish the most is the sincere camaraderie among colleagues, who are always friendly and supportive, making my time away from family much easier.”

Đức hopes that FSOFT Nha Trang will continue to thrive, becoming an ideal environment where individuals can develop and turn their big dreams into reality.

Returning to his hometown after working in bustling Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyễn Hữu Danh believes it was the best decision he made last year: “Being in Nha Trang, I’ve found a perfect balance between work and family, supported by an attractive relocation policy. I love the fresh air and the sound of ocean waves, but of course, the work here is still filled with challenges. However, these challenges have become a strong motivation for me to learn, grow, and improve every day”.

On the branch’s first anniversary, Danh wishes for FSOFT Nha Trang to soon reach 500 employees and attract more business units to this beautiful coastal city. As a Nha Trang local and one of the first interns at the branch, Vũ Minh Nga has been part of FSOFT Nha Trang for almost a year. From Internship to OJT and now a full-time employee, Nga had long dreamed of becoming an FSOFTer since her student days.
“This working environment has helped me not only improve my technical skills but also provided strong support and motivation to grow every day,” Nga shared excitedly. Her enthusiasm has inspired and encouraged many other students to join the company.

Over the past year, FSOFT Nha Trang has not only grown rapidly in size but has also become a second home – a place where careers flourish and strong bonds are formed. The stories above are just a few among more than 150 unique individuals, painting a vibrant picture of FSOFT Nha Trang.

With many goals and ambitions ahead, and driven by youth, passion, and relentless creativity, FSOFT Nha Trang is set to rise even further.
