TalentSphere 2025: A Global Talent Pipeline Affirming FPT Software’s Global Strategy

FPT Software has officially launched TalentSphere – FPT Global Internship 2025, welcoming its third cohort of international interns. More than just a global internship, TalentSphere represents a strategic leap forward in FPT Software’s journey to build a high-quality, internationally minded workforce ready to conquer major global markets in the future.

A Global Vision for Human Resources: Building Quality Talent Ready for Integration

TalentSphere – FPT Global Internship 2025 is a crucial link in FPT Software’s long-term strategy to nurture a new generation of global talent, spread a culture of diversity, and foster innovation across every unit within the company. The program, directly implemented by FPT Software Academy (FSA), plays a pivotal role in connecting interns with global projects and in-house experts — creating a strong bridge that helps FPT Software integrate deeper into the global technology landscape.

A Borderless Model: Learning and Collaboration Without Limits

This year, TalentSphere – FPT Global Internship embarks on the theme “Break Boundaries – Shape the Future” through a fully remote format, enabling students worldwide to overcome barriers of geography, time zones, and cultural differences, and to experience a truly global working environment. Over eight to ten weeks, interns will collaborate remotely in teams under the guidance of FPT Software experts to tackle real challenges from global clients, regardless of time zone or location.

One notable highlight this year is the participation of FPT Software’s strategic global partners — who are also key clients — such as Silicon Labs, NRC Health, and Sunstar. Their direct involvement not only demonstrates trust in FPT Software’s operational capabilities but also reflects a shared vision for developing a global technology talent pool. This marks a significant step in strengthening the partnership between FPT Software and its clients — extending beyond business to jointly nurture the next generation of talent for the technology industry.
