Competition timeline after registration closes:

• From November 10 to November 15: Teams will compete online via MS Teams, making it convenient for all members to participate and maximize their abilities.

• November 16: The top 20 teams will enter the live competition day, going through Knockout – Presentation – Final rounds to find the champion team.

Competition rules:

AI Hackathon 3 is organized in 3 stages to comprehensively test teams’ research skills, problem-solving abilities, and solution presentation:

Stage 1: Preparation of solution documentation

• After registration, each team will receive a random document file from the Organizing Committee.

• Members will discuss and research to propose the optimal technical/knowledge solution for the given document.

Stage 2: Official competition day – November 16, with 3 rounds

• Knockout Round: The selected 20 teams will answer a series of in-depth questions about the document; the evaluation criteria are feasibility and creativity of the solution.

• Presentation Round: The top 5 teams will present directly to the Judges, demonstrating analytical skills, creativity, and defending their ideas.

• Final Round: The 2 best teams will compete directly, debating to prove that their solution is the most optimal and feasible.
