Conquering the “Outstanding individual OKR for productivity enhancement” title together with AI in Q3.2025

Demonstrating a proactive spirit and an “AI-First” mindset, Nguyen Kim Ngan (COOF.LCM) made a mark by earning the “Outstanding Individual OKR for Productivity Enhancement at FSOFT” award for Q3/2025, thanks to her initiative in applying AI to her work, which boosted her unit’s productivity and created a positive impact on the entire FSOFT Sales team.

Aiming to “Apply AI at work to increase productivity by 15% for the Legal Compliance Management Department (LCM) and influence 30% of the sales force,” Nguyen Kim Ngan developed the AI Agent “1M Contract Gen” on the Copilot Studio platform, a tool that allows users to easily generate contracts without needing technical support.

The AI Agent assists Sales and the Legal department in selecting the right contract template, guides them in filling out information, and automatically sends the results via email. As a result, this tool has helped LCM boost productivity by 10%, and influenced 15% of the Sales team by significantly shortening contract processing time, allowing them to focus more on customer care and increasing sales.

Not only did her product deliver practical value to her unit, it was also recognized company-wide, winning the Silver prize at Bird Tank 2025. Sharing about this achievement, Ngan said: “When I started, I didn’t aim to create something monumental. I just wanted to find a way to make my work less repetitive and less time-consuming — and it turned out to be the first step towards a positive change for the whole team.”

From a small idea, Nguyen Kim Ngan’s project has become a testament to the spirit of “doing things differently for the better,” while opening up new approaches to leveraging AI in FSOFT’s operations.
